Face and Eye Clinic are committed to providing a safe environment for patients and staff, in which high quality care can be delivered.
Our quality priorities are:
We take information from a variety of sources – from patients, from our staff, from our partners in the NHS and beyond, from regulators and from national guidance and findings, such as the Francis report. We use this to review a range of themes to help maintain consistently high standards of care.
To find out more about our approach to quality and safety, you can read our annual quality accounts. We use these to report on quality and show improvements in the services that we provide. The quality of services is measured by looking at patient safety, effectiveness of treatments and feedback about the care we provide.
