I hadn’t been happy with how my eyes were ageing for a number of years and finally decided to take the plunge and do something about it. Having done a lot of research I made an appointment with Mr Ataullah as he specialises in eyes rather than a plastic surgeon. I had a very thorough consultation whereby my eyes were examined, photos taken and what the operation entailed. I then received a letter outlining everything that was discussed, costs of various options which were then discussed at a further consultation. Following these consultations I felt totally at ease about having the operation. From start to finish I was looked after very well. It’s not a painful procedure and I had minimal bruising and swelling. I’m very happy with my overall result. Looking more wide eyed and refreshed, It has restored my confidence. Aftercare was great too. Anyone thinking of having this procedure I would highly recommend Mr Ataullah. He makes you feel very at ease and you know you’re in safe hands.

A very common problem presenting to us at the Face & Eye Clinic. Some patients undergo this surgery for functional reasons. Others seek the surgery to improve a tired hooded look.
